Real Time Deconvolution with Multi-channel Capture

If both the Real Time Deconvolution module, and the Multi-channel Capture module are both present, you can both preview and acquire multi-channel datasets that are improved by AutoQuant deconvolution in real time.

First configure each of your channels as described in Multi-Channel Capture.

Channel Settings

At the bottom of each channel button there is a drop-down menu that includes a Deconvolve check box. With this check box selected, the channel will be both previewed, and captured with your real-time deconvolution settings applied. 

You can acquire sets that are a mixture of deconvolved and raw wide-field channels.
